If the Debit or Credit card holder cannot be present, you must ensure you have written confirmation from the them to collect the tickets.
This must be a written short letter stating the following details:
Name of the person collecting the tickets
Card holders name
Last 4 digits of 16 digit card number
Written signature from the card holder
The person then collecting the tickets must have a form of photographic ID to match up with the letter to collect the tickets from the advance sales desk.
